As we step into this New Year, we at XLRI, Jamshedpur, extend our warmest wishes to our XL family and all people of goodwill. Inspired by Pope Francis' call for a Year of Hope, let us embrace this time as an opportunity to rekindle hope in our lives, our communities, and our world.

Hope, as Pope Francis reminds us, is not just optimism but a deep, unwavering trust in the goodness of life and the promise of a brighter future. As he beautifully said, "Hope opens new horizons, making us capable of dreaming what is not even imaginable."

Let us take this moment to renew our commitment to spreading hope through our actions:

• Hope in our communities, by building bridges of understanding and compassion.

• Hope in our work, by striving for excellence and integrity in all we do.

In the words of St. Paul:

Christmas Message of  PEACE, Joy and Hope

This Christmas, we at XLRI, Jamshedpur, extend our warmest greetings to our extended XL family and all people of goodwill. May the spirit of Christmas inspire us to embrace peace, joy, and hope in our hearts and actions.

As we celebrate this season of love and renewal, let us reflect on the words of Scripture:

• "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!" (Luke 2:14)

• "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6)

In the spirit of Rabindranath Tagore's words, "Every child comes with the message that God is not disappointed with humans," let us renew our commitment to building a world where every child’s potential is nurtured, and hope continues to shine brightly.
